We use personal data namely names and contact information in relation to identifying the owner (or closest relative) of property that suits our requirements, at times this is speculative but for good reason, The majority of properties we purchase are in extremely poor condition and or have a multitude of problems be it legal or directly related to the property.  We may call you from time to time to enquire as to whether the property in question is due to be sold and if so enquire as to whether we can offer to purchase the property. Should you be interested to discuss this further then we are within our rights unless you indicate otherwise,

should you not be interested in discussing this matter any further, we have an auto archive system within our CRM software that allows us to remove any personal information we hold on you.
